Introduced in 1999 the Akai S5000/S6000 set a new milestone in sampling technology. It was "the" standard in modern sound studios all over the world.

Even today many of these machines are in use because of their unique sound and features. Only the world around has changed. And AK.Sys is not supported under Windows 10.

To make editing possible I have started to create some software to download and upload samples. It should work with the AKAI S5000/S6000 and the AKAI Z4/Z8. As it is a beta version it has many errors and bugs. Feel free to test it here: Download (Windows Installer)
